The reason I reference Peter Temple and ...HI Joan,<br /><br />The reason I reference Peter Temple and Peter Corris, specifically, is that I met them both once at a 'seminar' at the Melbourne Library, and, when questioned, they both 'argued against outlining' which means, of course, that neither of them practice it. I'm not arguing one way or another and I'm certainly not casting judgement on them. I'm just pointing out that there are various points of view.<br /><br />When I use the term 'argue' I'm talking philosophically - it's their philosophical position, as well as what they practice, obviously.<br /><br />A lot of writers don't outline because spontaneity is such an essential part of creativity.
